What products do you offer?
We currently offer our steak boxes and some side dishes for nationwide shipping. We will be expanding our selection so stop back to see what we add!
How are the products shipped and what is the shipping fee?
Our products ship free to anywhere in the continental U.S. All of our products are shipped via FEDEX overnight to ensure they remain frozen. Orders received by 1pm will ship out with next day delivery. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.
How do I send the same gift to different addresses?
During the checkout process you will be prompted on gift shipping opportunities. Shipping to multiple addresses is an option.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes, during the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to include a personalized message.
How will my items be packaged?
The steaks arrive in our high-end premium gift box, packed in a sturdy reusable insulated cooler with enough gel ice or dry ice to ensure they remain frozen or chilled during shipment.
What is your replacement/refund policy?
Our goal is to delight our customers with great products and service. We will work with you to make everything right with a replacement or refund.
Do you have a holiday gift cut-off date?
If you are sending a gift we suggest placing your order by December 21 by 1pm to ensure delivery before Christmas.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards in addition to PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay where you can choose to set up monthly installments.
